The City of Victor Harbor has now completed the installation of the street lighting, underground stormwater pipes, new kerb and gutter for both Stage 2 reconstruction of Bay Road, Encounter Bay (from Beverly Grove to Tabernacle Road) and the Pine Avenue / Riverview Road Roundabout.

Both projects are on schedule to be complete by the end of December 2014, provided there are no unexpected delays.

The next construction phase will commence in December and involve laying the new asphalt pavement followed by the installation of the permanent traffic signs and line marking.

When works resume in December, these locations will once again be subject to lane closures and traffic management controls. The project plan and traffic management plans  are available for viewing online or at the Civic Centre.

The general public is asked to observe and obey the signage around the work sites, and where possible use an alternate route.
