Call for Nominations: Arts and Culture Advisory Group
The Arts and Culture Advisory Group plays a key role in assisting Council to plan and support the implementation of the City of Victor Harbor Community Plan 2030 with initiatives that cultivate a vibrant community culture and provide advice to Council by:
- Actively supporting the Culture Strategy – Arts and Heritage 2022-27.
- Assessing applications received under the relevant City of Victor Harbor Grants Programs.
- Providing advice regarding Coral Street Art Space exhibition applications.
- Reviewing and advising on council documentation that relates to Arts and Culture.
As there are only two positions available on the Arts and Culture Advisory Group, this means there will be good people who miss out.
Please be assured that you can still play a part in local decision making – there will be opportunities for you to get involved through other means including deputations, representations and presentations to the committees and groups.
