Asset Management Plans
The City of Victor Harbor is responsible for assets worth at least $279 million. Many of these assets offer benefits or services to our community.
To support the effective management of these assets, the Council has an asset management strategy and set of Asset Management Plans. These plans help Council look after its assets in the most cost effective way possible at service levels which are understood and agreed to by the community.
The Asset Management Plans are key documents within the Council’s strategic planning framework and link directly to the Community Plan 2030, Long Term Financial Plan and Annual Business Plan and Budget.
The Council regularly reviews its Asset Management Plans. The most recent review was undertaken in 2023.
Council sought feedback from the community on its draft Asset Management Plans in late August and early September 2023. Following consultation, the Asset Management Plans for the period 2023/24 to 2032/33 were adopted by Council on 25 September 2023.
