Have Your Say: Draft Urban Growth Management Strategy
After hearing from our community, the City of Victor Harbor has updated its draft Urban Growth Management Strategy (UGMS) and is now seeking further feedback on the changes before finalising the Strategy.
The draft UGMS has been shaped by extensive investigations, input from the community, and the release of the Greater Adelaide Regional Plan. It outlines how Victor Harbor will respond to forecast population growth while preserving the unique character and environment valued by our community.

A summary of key changes, along with the updated draft UGMS, is available online at www.yoursay.victor.sa.gov.au/ugms or in hard copy at the City of Victor Harbor Civic Centre (1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor).
Once you have reviewed what is proposed, you can have your say by:
- Attending a Community Open Day session at the Civic Centre on:
- Saturday, 28 June 2025 between 9.30am and 12.30pm
- Tuesday, 1 July 2025 between 3pm and 6pm
