Geri-Fit/Seated Strength – Victor Harbor Library

Geri-Fit®  FREE evidence-based seated chair exercise program, light weights and stretch bands provided, for adults 60+ years old. Two 45-minute Geri-Fit™ classes will be held per week over a continuous 12-week period.

All exercises can be modified to suit your fitness level. The program aims to improve strength, balance, gait and flexibility. The City of Victor Harbor’s Active Wellbeing Officer will be present to lead the class and provide assistance.
