Playground Upgrade for Tuck Reserve

Published 20th February 2024
Playground equipment is being replaced and relocated at Tuck Reserve in Hayborough.

A new double swing set, tower and slide are on their way to Tuck Reserve in Hayborough. The newly acquired playground equipment will replace existing play equipment that is more than 25 years old and has reached the end of its useful life.

It's expected that all works will be complete by April 2024, subject to any unexpected delays.

Council has engaged South Australian contractors, Playmazing, for the supply and installation of the playground equipment.

The City of Victor Harbor is always taking opportunities to improve open spaces and public parks. This upgrade is just one example of enhancements being made to a community reserve.

The project was identified in Council's Asset Management Plan and 2023/24 Annual Business Plan.
