2025 Community Satisfaction Survey begins
The City of Victor Harbor's 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey will be conducted throughout February and March 2025.
The survey supports Council in recognising strengths and areas of improvement.
The survey looks at Council services and facilities and seeks community feedback it terms of both importance of the service and associated satisfaction levels. The results of the survey help inform future planning by identifying issues of high priority for the City of Victor Harbor community.
The 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey will be hosted by independent market research company NewFocus, which conducted the 2022 and 2023 surveys. Community members will be randomly chosen, and we encourage our community to participate in the quick phone survey to help us help you!
