Team Leader Visitor Engagement (Maternity Leave Backfill to 26 December 2027)
We’re seeking a dynamic marketing and business leader to lead our visitor services and engagement team.
Reporting to the Manager City Activation, the position of Team Leader Visitor Engagement requires a strategic business thinker with experience in the design of modern destination marketing strategy and consumer engagement through digital and face-to-face methods.
With a sound understanding of the workings of the visitor economy, the role will work as a collaborative partner with industry and have direct responsibility for coordination of business operations of the visitor centre and the South Australian Whale Centre.
What you’ll need to succeed
We’re on the hunt for someone with:
- Skills and/or experience in destination marketing and/or marketing fundamentals
- Proven experience in communications and public relations
- Skills and/or experience in digital and online visitor engagement or a related area
- Proven experience in the design and management of modern business and/or customer service models
