Council Assessment Panel
The City of Victor Harbor Council Assessment Panel was appointed as a relevant authority under Section 82 and 83 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 on 25 September 2017. The role of the Council Assessment Panel is to determine development applications in accordance with the power and functions delegrated to it by the Council.

Meetings
The Council Assessment Panel generally meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 5pm in the Council Chambers at 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.
