Audit and Risk Committee
The City of Victor Harbor's Audit and Risk Committee (previously known as the Audit Committee) is established under Section 41 and Section 126 of the Local Government Act 1999 and also in accordance with the Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 2011. The Audit and Risk Committee is responsible for overseeing auditing, corporate governance and risk management.

Meetings
The Audit and Risk Committee meets at least quarterly on a Monday at 2.30pm in the Chambers or the Encounter Room at the City of Victor Harbor Civic Centre (1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor).
