Victor Harbor Mainstreet Precinct Traders Car Park Permits

Traders within the Victor Harbor Mainstreet Precinct have an opportunity to apply for a permit to allow them to park in the Esplanade Car Park free of charge for the duration of the Mainstreet Stage 2 construction works, subject to the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply:

  • The permit will expire upon practical completion of Mainstreet Stage 2 Construction works;
  • The permit can be used seven days per week between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm;
  • The permit must be displayed on the left hand side of your vehicle dashboard;
  • The permit does not guarantee availability of a parking space in the Esplanade Car Park;
  • The permit applies to the general parking area of the Esplanade Car Park only. Disabled and allocated parks (outlined in the yellow box below) are excluded.

How can I apply for a permit?

To apply, download the application form, complete it and return it to Council:

  • By post – PO Box 11, Victor Harbor SA 5211
  • By email – localgov@victor.sa.gov.au
  • In person – deliver to the Civic Centre, 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.

Following receipt of your application, it will be processed and a permit will be sent to you via post.
