Victor Harbor Town Hall

Come along to our interactive community workshop and share your views about the McKinlay Street Car Parking Precinct, and more broadly, car parking in Victor Harbor's town centre.

With the owners of the nearby Anchorage Hotel proposing a significant redevelopment that includes a multi-level car park on a portion of Council-owned land, Council has brought forward its consideration of how best to develop all of the Council-owned land in McKinlay Street.

Before concept plans are prepared for the McKinlay Street Car Parking Precinct, the Council wants to hear the community's views on some key issues:

  • What should the design of the McKinlay Street Car Park include?
  • How should the McKinlay Street Car Park be paid for, including construction and running costs? What is an acceptable pay-back period?
  • What does this mean for paid parking elsewhere in the town centre?

RSVP your attendance to the community workshop by emailing localgov@victor.sa.gov.au before 5pm on Tuesday, 18 February 2020.
