Make a request
Council’s Request for Service Policy(98 kb), and Request for Service Procedure
(190 kb) applies to all requests for a Council service or feedback on a service and does not apply to complaints.
Make a complaint
Customers are able to make an application for an Internal Review of a Council Decision where they are dissatisfied with a decision of the Council, its employees or other persons acting on behalf of Council. Refer to Council’s Complaints Handling Policy(156 kb), for further details on the process.

The form below may be used to make requests, provide feedback, compliments and complaints. However, if you are requesting an Internal Review of a council decision please refer to the procedure and application form.
Make a public interest disclosure
The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2018 (PID Act), came into operation on 1 July 2019 and will replace the existing framework for the protection of appropriate disclosures about public interest information under the Whistleblowers Protection Act 1992. Find out more.
