Customers are able to make an application for an Internal Review of a Council Decision where they are dissatisfied with a decision of the Council, its employees or other persons acting on behalf of Council. Refer to Council’s Complaints Handling Policy(156 kb), for further details on the process.

The form below may be used to make requests, provide feedback, compliments and complaints. However, if you are requesting an Internal Review of a council decision please refer to the procedure and application form.
Help us, help you.
Council would like to be able to contact you if we receive reports of urgent issues relating to your property. For example, we often get calls reporting damaged fences or fallen trees, and would would like to be able to quickly pass this information on to property owners, or your nominated emergency contact.
To help us, we are asking our ratepayers to provide us with an up to date phone number and email address.
Updating your details will only take a couple of minutes and will allow us to provide a greater service to our ratepayers.
Your phone number or email address will not be provided to third parties without your permission, and will only be used by Council staff to contact you as required.

The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2018 (PID Act), came into operation on 1 July 2019 and will replace the existing framework for the protection of appropriate disclosures about public interest information under the Whistleblowers Protection Act 1992. Find out more.
