Draft Community Land Management Plans
The City of Victor Harbor is seeking community feedback on the review and update of its Community Land Management Plans (CLMP).
All local government land (except roads) that is owned by a council, or under a council’s care, control and management is classified as “community land” as defined under the Local Government Act 1999, unless it has been exempted through legislation, excluded by resolution of Council or the classification has been revoked.
Council must prepare and adopt management plans for all community land that has been or is to be specifically developed, modified or adapted for the benefit or enjoyment of the community or the land is, or is to be, occupied under a lease or licence.

The draft plans can be viewed online at www.yoursay.victor.sa.gov.au or in hard copy at the City of Victor Harbor Civic Centre, 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.
The community has the following opportunities to provide their feedback:
- Complete a feedback form before 5pm on 27 September 2024 - visit www.yoursay.victor.sa.gov.au to complete the survey online or collect a hard copy survey from the Civic Centre, 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor.
