Expressions of Interest invited for The Fleurieu Regional Aquatic Centre Authority (FRACA)

The Fleurieu Regional Aquatic Centre Authority (FRACA) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced persons for appointment of Independent Board Members to the FRACA Board. FRACA is a regional subsidiary formed by constituent Councils City of Victor Harbor and Alexandrina Council. The Authority was established to enable joint ownership and management of the Fleurieu Aquatic Centre.

The Board is responsible for the administration of the affairs of FRACA and ensuring that it acts in accordance with its Charter and all relevant legislation including the Local Government Act 1999.

Applicants must be individuals rather than corporations, and persons who live in or conduct business in the area are encouraged to apply. The independent members will be appointed by the constituent councils and will receive a sitting fee for meeting attendances.
