Building Facilities Officer
The City of Victor Harbor is located 80 kilometres south of the Adelaide. It is the regional centre of the southern Fleurieu Peninsula and has a population of just over 15,000. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join Council’s Environment & Infrastructure team as a Building Facilities Officer.
We are looking for someone who:
- has the ability to develop, read and interpret project and building plans, specifications and expert reports in relation to the creation and implementation of building facilities and maintenance programs
- has sound knowledge and experience in project, contract and contractor management relating to building maintenance and property
- has a passion for delivering/maintaining service standards.
