Processing applications timeframes

Providing we have received all the required information the following timeframes will apply:

For Dwellings - Planning approval only - approximately 5-6 weeks

Full Development approval - approximately 8-9 weeks

For Sheds, Pergolas, Garages etc - approximately4-5 weeks

Can I view a neighbours development application plans

Yes - you can view plans for an application at the Council offices but no copies can be given.

Do I need approval for demolition

Yes, Approval is required for demolition. Click here for further information.
