Urban Growth Management Strategy (UGMS) and Strategic Directions Report (SDR)
The UGMS is the City of Victor Harbor's long-term strategic document, providing a set of targeted strategies and implementation measures to achieve Council's vision and direct the sustainable growth of Victor Harbor to the year 2030.
The Strategic Directions Report (SDR, otherwise known as a 'Development Plan Review') aims to identify areas within Council's Development Plan that need to be revised or updated to reflect changes in the physical and social environment that will impact on land use and developmental changes.
