Annual Council’s Draft 2013/14 Annual Business Plan shows how Council will allocate its budget and what services, programs and projects will be provided in the coming financial year to contribute towards achieving the community’s long term objectives.
Draft Long Term Financial Plan
The Long Term Financial Plan 2014-2023 is designed to provide high level financial information and direction over the next 10 year period.
Draft Asset Management Strategy and Policy
The goal of the Asset Management Strategy and Asset Management Policy is to provide the desired level of service through the provision and management of physical assets in the most cost effective manner, for present and future customers.

Attend a public meeting
here is an opportunity to make submissions and ask questions at a Public Meeting which will be held at the Council Civic Centre, 1 Bay Road, Victor Harbor, on Thursday 13 June 2013, commencing at 5.30pm.
Make a written submission
Community feedback is encouraged, either via a feedback form or written submission.
Feedback forms can be downloaded by using the links below, or collected from the Civic Centre. Written responses can also be provided electronically through Council’s website by using the link below.

Hard copies of the Plans are also available for viewing at the Council Civic Centre and Library, and are also available for purchase on request at the Civic Centre.

Council is seeking comment and feedback on traffic, bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements to
the Pine Avenue and Riverview Road intersection.
Council commissioned a qualified Senior Road Safety Auditor to undertake an assessment of the Pine Avenue and Riverview Road intersection.
